Eric Christ

Eric, an executive search professional and human resources consultant with 25 years of experience in non and for-profit industries, including Higher Education, Academic Medicine, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Defense and Aerospace, Engineering and Consulting, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Financial Services.  

Currently, Eric serves as the Director of Research/Senior Consultant for the firm, leading the internal research team, search execution, candidate development, client engagement, and communications.  Eric’s executive search experience includes research and recruitment from the President/C-Suite to the most specialized technical level, to meet clients’ broad requirements.  In addition to Eric's leadership of our Higher Education and Academic Medicine searches, he supports our Defense and Aerospace clients, which includes our partnerships with federal agencies including DOD, DOE, federal laboratories, UARC's, and FFRDC's across the U.S.

Prior to joining Harris Search Associates, Eric served as a Senior Consultant for a Midwest based retained executive search firm leading recruitment and research efforts of the firms Energy practice. Eric also managed a number of outsourced recruitment, consulting, and research engagements.  

Eric started his executive search career as an Associate with StratfordGroup, at the time, the 8th largest U.S. executive search firm. During his tenure with StratfordGroup, Eric was responsible for execution on recruiting and research activity involving search execution, competitive intelligence, and industry studies.  

Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree from Ashland University and resides in Dublin, Ohio.
