Harris Search Associates has recruited Michael Glatzer as Assistant Vice President for Project Management at Howard University. Reporting to Chief Financial Officer Michael Masch, Mr. Glatzer will provide University-wide leadership and direction to University staff and to internal and external constituencies with respect to matters of financial administration and overall financial operational policy to achieve and maintain financial stability, advance the University's mission and its academic priorities, and enable the University to conduct itself as a prudent steward for the resources entrusted to it by students and their families, donors, grantors, and other resource-providers for the benefit of the University's student body, faculty, staff, alumni and general community.

Founded as a University for the education of youth in the liberal arts and sciences, Howard is Carnegie classified as a high research activity.
