Gardner-Webb University selects Harris Search Associates to lead the search for its next Program Director, Physician Assistant Program and several Physician Assistant Program faculty

Gardner-Webb University (www.gardner-webb.edu) has selected Harris Search Associates to lead the search for its next Program Director, Physician Assistant Program and several Physician Assistant Program faculty.  The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and directing academic programs and community partnerships and serves as an integral member of the College management team.  He/She directs and oversee personnel management, faculty development, program development and implementation, curriculum development and evaluation, budgeting, strategic planning, facilities management and technology coordination.  She/he oversees enrollment planning and management, on-going program affairs, and student services, and provides direction and guidance to regional site, staff and faculty in the coordination and instruction of all phases of each programmatic curriculum.
