IIC Appoints Former AESC Managing Director as Executive Director
The IIC Partners Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Christine Hayward as IIC's new Executive Director.
Based in New York, Christine officially started with IIC Partners on 19 August. She joins IIC after more than 10 years with the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), where for the past two years she has held the position of Managing Director, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Emerging Markets.
Christine grew up in Australia and began her career as a process analyst in Financial Services. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences, a Certificate in International Business Studies from Cambridge University and a Certificate in International Affairs from New York University. Out of work, her interests include marathons - she has completed 13 - netball and traveling in the USA.
"I am delighted to be joining IIC Partners as its Executive Director. I look forward to being able to drive IIC Partners' growth globally, to strengthening the relationships between existing IIC offices and to working with such a talented group of executive search professionals," Christine said.
