Mexico's Delta Top Talent, Formerly TRANSEARCH Mexico, Joins IIC Partners

IIC Partners is pleased to welcome Delta Top Talent of Mexico City as its latest member.

Widely regarded as one of Mexico's top retained executive search firms, the five partner company works in diverse sectors including Technology, Industrial, Consumer & Retail and Life Sciences, as well as Education and Mining.

Delta Top Talent Managing Partner Salvador Elizaga said his firm decided to join IIC Partners due to the organization's leading presence in Latin America, its Practice Group maturity and its corporate governance structure and practice.

Delta Top Talent was originally established in 1993 as Grupo Consultor Delta, a firm with three divisions: A market research and IT start-up business consultancy, a boutique call centre and ExSearch Latino America, an executive search firm. In 2002, the marketing and IT and call centre subsidiaries were sold to enable the company to focus entirely on its growing executive search business.

The company joined the International Network of Associated (Search) Consultants (INAC) in 2002 and were members until 2006. In the last 12 months of its membership, Salvador was International Chairman of the INAC. In October 2006, the firm joined TRANSEARCH, which it left last year.

IIC Partners Global Chair Ms Lim Chye Lian said Delta Top Talent joining IIC Partners added to the organization's increasing strength in Latin America.
